“Stop Trafficking in Fentanyl Act of 2015”

Introduced 9/10/15 by Kelly Ayotte [R-NH] and referred to the Judiciary Committee. The identical House Bill is H.R.4183.

Purpose: To increase the penalties for fentanyl trafficking.

SEC. 2. Enhanced penalties.

Amends the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 841(b)(1)) to increase penalties for fentanyl trafficking by reducing the amounts specified.
