First, I would like to congratulate you on your win to the top position in American government. The Legislature is the place where laws are made. Without them, the Executive and Judicial branches are nothing, and they can do nothing without the laws you are now in the position to make.
And on that note, I would like to bring to your attention some facts of failure in the preceding legislatures and their effects on the American people. It is my hope, nay-prayer, that you accept the task at hand to correct the wrongs that have preceded you, and to get our magnificent country back on track.
The wrongs that have been done to good, law-abiding, caring, compassionate Americans were politics-driven. I pray first, that you do not base your decisions on politics, “what’s in it for you”, or because someone of importance asks you to. There is a mechanism in Congress by which the wheels turn. I am asking you to ignore any mechanism that does not have the American people as the driving force. You have a grave responsibility. But God has picked you for the task. I hope and pray that you do His will, or He will replace you.
The primary task that needs to be addressed by Congress is the frank obstruction of justice now running the show in the Justice Department and the Attorney General’s office of the Executive branch. Laws are broken openly and freely by the people who are supposed to be the guardians of integrity and fairness. Innocent people are being sent to prison because the goal in the Justice Department is no longer honesty and the guardianship of impartiality and justice, but “win at all costs”.
Prosecutorial misconduct is rampant. The Center for Prosecutorial Integrity lists the following current infractions:
- Charging a suspect with more offenses than is warranted
- Withholding the release of exculpatory evidence
- Deliberately mishandling or even destroying evidence.
- Allowing witnesses they know are not truthful to testify, and forcing untruthful testimony from witnesses through threats
- Pressuring defense witnesses not to testify
- Making statements to the media designed to arouse public indignation
- Making improper or misleading statements to the jury.
How does this happen? Because in years past when there was integrity and virtue among our governing body, Congress bestowed upon prosecutors actual immunity. Now, they are no longer virtuous or have integrity, and they commit crimes because nothing can be done to them. This has to change. If a prosecutor knowingly puts an innocent person in prison, they should be held accountable. You need to take actual immunity away from the DOJ and place some sanctions on their illegal activity.
One area in which the illegal actions of the DOJ and Attorney General’s office and other executive agencies is rampant is the blatant attacks on good, caring physicians and their patients for money. Title 21, known as the Controlled Substances Act, is being illegally manipulated in order to confiscate doctor’s assets. Innocent physicians are in prison or have had their careers completely destroyed, for money and power. This has got to stop. The failure of the Justice System to read the law properly, as it was intended in 1970 by your fellow legislators, has been supported throughout the judicial process. I will be writing more to you at a later date about this. But first on your agenda should be stopping this flagrant overreach of the Judiciary branch of the US government. Instead, past legislatures have turned a blind eye to what the DOJ is doing. They are now writing the laws, when that is YOUR job. If it was me, I would be incensed at their audacity, and I would do something about it. I am asking YOU to do something about it.
It is my belief that the US government has entered a path of legal genocide. Through our dependency on conventional medicine, which maintains disease as it worsens over time, instead of healing disease, our population is unhealthy. Baby boomers are now reaching retirement age. Chronic disease is attacking younger and younger constituents because of lifestyle. All of these facts point to increased cost with decreased productivity. But killing off the population by taking away their pain medications for diseases that could be cured with alternative treatment is not acceptable.
The government has relied on propaganda against controlled drugs for 100 years. You might even believe the propaganda. But I can assure you that that is all it is—false information passed on through ignorance. Drugs do not cause addiction. If you just look at the statistics, you can see that for yourself. The real cause of drug abuse and addiction is toxicity. I would love to have the opportunity to discuss this truism with you in the future. For now, I can offer you the information through my DVD, The REAL Cause of Drug Abuse. You can find that available for purchase, currently with a substantial savings for the rest of the month of November. You can also have a shortened introduction through attending one of my webinars. The current dates and times are listed on the homepage of my website, www.doctorsofcourage.org.
I would like to set up a Congressional briefing for all legislators in the future about the real cause of drug abuse, the illegal attacks on doctors and their chronic pain patients, and what should be done to change the current tide of illegal government action on innocent citizens. I hope that you will learn and spread the word among your colleagues.
As Alexis de Tocqueville stated: “America is great because she is good. If America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.” America has ceased to be good. He also stated: “everybody feels the evil, but no one has courage or energy enough to seek the cure”. I hope the new administration, through the leadership of the legislature, will seek the cure.
We need to put God back into our government, and into our country. George Washington stated in 1797, “Religion and morality are the essential pillars of society.” Alexis de Tocqueville stated in Democracy in America: “Liberty cannot be established without morality, nor morality without faith.” We have given up virtue for value, the “what’s in it for me” principle. We need virtue to be brought back. We need virtue in our legislature, and by your actions, bring virtue back into the other two branches. They are nothing without you, but also without you, they are running rampant.
Although what I write here might seem rather revolutionary, it isn’t (except for knowing the real cause of drug abuse—that is revolutionary). To show that what I tell you is not new, here is a short list of recommended reading:
- Democracy in America by Alexis de Tocqueville
- America’s Providential History by Mark A. Beliles & Stephen K. McDowell
- Licensed to Lie by Sidney Powell
- Government Bullies: How Everyday Americans Are Being Harassed, Abused, and Improsoned by the Feds by Rand Paul
- Three Felonies a Day by Harvey Silverglate and Alan M. Dershowitz.
I’ll end with a request. I would like to schedule a Congressional Briefing with your health issues staff representative, and any other legislators/health care advisors you would like to invite, in the near future to go over the information that I have simply mentioned here. I am willing to come to Washington for such a meeting. Let’s make it soon, so that the bills scheduled to be covered in the next Congress can be modified to end the persecution of innocent citizens, and get laws before congress to help instead of hinder the healing of America, both figuratively and literally.
I also invite you to be a part of Pain Patient’s Advocacy Week April 23-30, 2018. Please try to make this week a national observance. Like me, thousands of your constituents either suffering with chronic pain or disenfranchised for doing their job look to you for a solution to this problem created by a government out of control. Don’t let us down.
