Dr. Ajeeb John Titus, 55, a family practice physician in Bethlehem Township, Pa, treating primarily pain and addiction, and also specializing in alternative medicine and interested in the medical use of cannabis, is the latest government target for doing his job. He was arrested on Sept. 29, 2020. Prior to this, he has had no disciplinary actions against him at the state medical board level and is highly rated by his patients (4.5 out of 5 on WebMD)
The 30 charges of “prescribing pain medications outside his legal and ethical practice of medicine” included:
- 21 counts of unlawful administration of a controlled substance by a practitioner;
- 4 counts of dispensing as a practitioner a controlled substance to a drug-dependent person;
- 3 counts of drug possession with intent to deliver;
- and single counts of drug possession and drug possession by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge.
I charge that the government, the hospitals and the professional medical associations are colluding to bring into the US foreign-born individuals to serve as slave labor in residency programs, only to then serve as targets after their practices are established, so that any assets they have accumulated can be confiscated. Then they repeat the process with the next group of foreign residents. Here are the facts on just 3 of the latest Pennsylvania targets:
- Ajeeb John Titus, MD: 1992 Graduate of M S Ramaiah Medical College in Bangalore, India. Residency at West Virginia University Hospital
- Emmanuel Okalo 1991 graduate from University of Nigeria College of Medicine. Residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center, NY
- Mohanad Fallouh: Graduate of the University of Damascus Medical School. Residency at the Mount Vernon Hospital in Mount Vernon, NY.
The conspirators in this particular crime against Dr. Titus are Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, Bethlehem Township police Investigators Tony Stevens and Jeremy Anderson; Sgt. Shaun Powell; attorney general’s office Agent Kelly Poray; and township police Investigator Ed Fox.
Since Shapiro took office in 2017, there has been a 58% increase in related arrests. He is being challenged in the Nov. 3 election by Allegheny County Republican Heather Heidelbaugh. Fire Shapiro and then educate Heidelbaugh.
Media articles written about this arrest simply spew the government fake news, primarily forced confessions from former patients of Dr. Titus. The technique they usually use to get these false statements is to arrest the patient (or threaten to) for distribution, unless they make a statement against the doctor, which they are more than willing to do. Don’t believe any of the hype printed from these proposed “witnesses”. Understand that the government has no qualms about breaking the law to achieve their goal. Remember, they have qualified immunity. Oh…and that is something else we need to correct. End qualified immunity and put these lying, law-breaking government agents in the prisons they work to fill with innocent, compassionate doctors.
According to the government propaganda, Dr. Titus prescribed 422,969 pills over 26 months. They publish numbers like that to make you think that a crime has been committed. So how many patients with an average of 2 controlled substance prescriptions per month would that support?. That would mean 422,969 ÷26÷60 or 271 patients, which is a very small practice. Most pain management practices are now covering thousands of patients because no one else will.
Now how did the government get those prescription numbers? The DEA uses the Controlled Substance Act to invade personal privacy, violating the 4th Amendment Right of not only Dr. Titus, but all of his patients. The use of an administrative subpoena to gain access to private records is a misuse of the CSA which was designed to attack offshore drug cartels, not legitimate doctors practicing medicine. But using this right outside of the letter of the law, they accessed the PDMP data from January, 2010 to January, 2020.
Another trumped up reason for charging Dr. Titus with a crime is “failure to keep accurate medical records”. And government agents are equipped to measure accuracy? Actually the CSA states that only the doctor can determine what is legitimate treatment, and there is no mention of having any “record”. Records were created to establish insurance payment, not medical care. But this is one of the tactics of the rogue DOJ.

Addendum:
Dr. Titus pled guilty to one count of illegally prescribing opioids and was sentenced to 9 months to 2 years less one day in state prison in Sept, 2022. However, he is not listed in the Pennsylvania state prison system.

I have failed in my mission to end these attacks on doctors and pain patients. Through John Bevere’s book The Bait of Satan, I have figured out why—my lack of forgiveness to those who attacked me. As in Mark 11: 24-26:
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.
And when you do not do the will of the Father, you are estranged from him and he will ignore you. So we all must forgive the agents who attacked us in order for things to be made right through any of our works.
Jesus said
“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.”
But we cannot lay down our lives for God unless we know Him well enough to trust Him. We must have the assurance that He would never do anything to harm us. He always looks out for what He knows is in our best interest. As a nation, those of us suffering from these attacks must understand that we are serving as God’s messengers of love. We must forgive those who persecute us and love them instead, following God’s will for us. Then and only then will we see fruits from our labor.
So I hope that everyone who has suffered from what happened to Dr. Titus can trust the Lord, forgive those who have hurt you, and help bring this country back to the God-fearing country that our forefathers founded. Then, and only then, can you be a part of the effort to stop these attacks. I look forward to that day.

Thank you for writing this article! I saw Dr. Titus for many years, and he was the best doctor I’ve ever had. Years ago, I was having some kind of mild allergic reaction for months. Itching, hives, etc. We did a few things initially but then he suggested I do this foot bath thing that pulled toxins from my body. I am not even exaggerating when I say the symptoms were almost completely gone the first time I did it, and the second time they had resolved. This was something I had struggled with for months prior. He ALWAYS listened to any concerns I had about my health, always responding appropriately with diagnostic tests and other things. He is a kind, caring doctor and I have NEVER seen the side of him that the articles portray him as. He does not deserve this and I feel like all charges should he dropped. I even told his office I’d be more than happy to write a letter to a judge on behalf of him and my experience.
How does a patient of Dr. Titus get their medical records without being persecuted for being his patient? My husband has been taking pain meds for about 30 years. What doctor in their right mind would allow a person to go without their medication for any length of time? Don’t they know how ill a person can become without them after being on them for that long? A time came when he just became so miserable that he did try to stop. He ended up in the hospital. It was horrible. We have been turned away because he was Dr. Titus’ patient. What happens now? What pain management doctor will take him now? Where are the medical records? Dr. Titus was always honorable with us and we came up with the “perfect” combination of meds so that he can be normal.
You need to get on the train that will correct the political attack on opioids–that means joining Doctorsofcourage as a supporting member. He is a kind and compassionate man and I do not believe for a moment, that he would do any of the things in which he is accused. Dr Titus is a great man. I have been a patient of Dr. Titus for many years. Dr. Titus is a kind and compassionate man. He is a believer of natural vitamins and minerals. He prescribed medicine when necessary. That is why I am still alive today. It is sad that those in power like to destroy people, when most of the time they are corrupt themselves. You said exactly what I was thinking. I have felt really unsettled ever since I found out about these allegations. I really do not believe them to be true. There have been times when I overheard abusive patients being told that they gave a drug-positive urine sample, and they become angry and belligerent when the Doctor did not want to serve them. I would not be surprised if this was revenge. I can’t say that I agree with every statement on this page as it applies to other physicians, but I am wishing there was some way to help Dr. Titus.
Trust me. No doctor should be charged with violation of the Controlled Substance Act. It was designed to attack drug cartels. Yep, I heard same thing in Dr. Titus’s office. Rogue DA is dangerous to ALL law abiding citizens. I don’t believe any of this because i’ve seen just the opposite. People that had dirty urine test were removed from programs, I’ve heard staff on the phone denying prescriptions to patients that they refused to treat anymore for abuse and i’ve also seen/heard refusals to fill or treat somebody who was a proven abuser of narcotics via urine test over the past 12+ years since I’ve been seeing Dr. Titus. Like I said, a rogue DA that has aspirations for the future is very dangerous to all of us and it needs to be stopped.

I have been a patient of Dr. Titus’s for over 3 years and everything they said about hm in the newspaper are all lies!!! He is the kindest man and doctor I have ever known and never once did he push narcotics on me, in fact it was the exact opposite. He did not like to prescribe medications, he always tried hollistic treatments before prescribing medications. He was always concerned about his patients being addicted to medications, he wouldn’t even prescribe me sleepng medication for my insomnia. I pray that he gets his good name cleared.

I hope he gets his name cleared, he always tries to give me pertinent information on my diabetes, and encouraged me to change my diet and exercise and keep my weight low. His ideas on holistic medicine are scientific because he checks the lab tests to determine what is within range and where vitamins would help. There will always be those who may not like the way he treated his patients but I certainly don’t think that he crossed any boundaries. I have been his patient for almost ten years.
This is so sad. My neurologist was trained in Damascus and hasn’t been here for very many years. He recently brought a PM doctor into the practice who now says that I am on “too much medication for my condition” which includes spondylosis,spondylolisthesis,, bulging and thinning discs, bone spurs, facet arthropathy, two Tarlovs cysts causing bone erosion and nerve pain bilaterally lower legs and feet. Apparently 75 mmE per day is too much? Because I am resisting this force tapering he says that right there tells me I’m addicted. I’m 77 yrs old, never smoked, drank little, and am taken for being younger than stated age. Who wouldn’t have a problem with stopping something that has helped for 12 years? I went for many years trying various medications before finally being offered opioids, which are not perfect but help more than anything else, with the least side effects. If I am an addict then he could be arrested for prescribing opioids, right? Why does he still write scripts for hydros and morphine ER if I am an addict?? I resent being talked to like that.
But as long as people don’t accept what I teach here, this will continue and get worse. Get behind us and back us. Or soon you won’t have opioids at all. You are right. If he documents that you have OUD, then he will probably be putting you on Suboxone, which is a piss poor pain med, but just as much a drug of abuse as heroin.
They also ruined dr. Sun in wind gap pa. They said he prescribed 50 times as much as needed. However that amount was for epileptics. It was perfectly correct to prescribe his amount when used for pain management. They completely ruined dr. Sun financially as he tried to find justice. We patients see this and will support your advocacy for justice
