Wednesday, May 8, the DEA Administrator Anne Milgram went before Congress, trying to explain away the deficiencies in the War on Drugs. In her statement they admit that
“Getting illegal drugs in the United States is as easy as calling Uber Eats.”
The DEA also added more statistics against the war on drugs, stating that
- More than 321,000 children in the U.S. lost a parent to a drug overdose between 2011 and 2021. That’s nearly double the rate from the previous decade.
- There are 22 teenager deaths in the U.S. every week.
Ms. Milgram blames social media and other technology for making it easier than ever to purchase drugs.
So what is their solution? You probably guessed it—
MORE MONEY!!
That’s right! The agency is asking Congress for more funding to better track drugs entering the country.
How is that going to change things? It won’t. It is purely a waste of money. As they crack down on one illicit drug, another is formed.
Why hasn’t Congress listened to us? We have communicated regularly with the health staffers over the last 7 years, and they ignore us. What do we need to do to get them to understand?
First, it is my belief that the splintering of all of the organizations advocating for pain patients is our major problem. If they had all stayed together and worked as one, we would have a solution. If those advocates would just learn the REAL Cause of drug abuse that I teach, we would have a platform to share. But instead, they create a new organization and chase rabbits instead.
We must get the Controlled Substance Act (CSA) repealed. No drug causes addiction. The rate of addiction is now doubling every 6 years. By 2025 it will be doubling every 4 years. And the government will continue to blame the drugs, eventually ending the presence of opioids in the US by 2030.
We can get the CSA repealed. It just takes people getting on board the correct train, learn what it will take, and then teaching others.
Linda Cheek is a teacher and disenfranchised medical doctor, turned activist, author, and speaker. A victim of prosecutorial misconduct and outright law-breaking of the government agencies DEA, DHHS, and DOJ, she hopes to be a part of exonerating all doctors illegally attacked through the Controlled Substance Act. She holds the key to success, as she can offset the government propaganda that drugs cause addiction with the truth: The REAL Cause of Drug Abuse.

The only way to get our compassionate physicians exonerated and back in practice is to repeal the CSA. Chasing appeals, etc, just pads the lawyers’ pockets and gets us nowhere in the fight. We have the key on DoC. Join us.
You mean spending 100+ billion/yr is not enough to completely fail at your job?. Of course, back in 1973 when they started they only had 1200 employees and a 42 million/yr budget. The primary function of a bureaucrat is to grow and perpetuate the bureaucracy they work for. Apparently, the DEA has done a “good job” at being a bureaucracy. Too bad they have been a complete failure in dealing with illegal fentanyl from China & Mex cartels and all the opioid poisoning that has occurred and the numbers keep growing each year. I suspect that Congress will agree to whatever money they request to keep failing at their job.
That’s why our first objective should be to get the CSA repealed and bring an end to the wasted money down the rabbit hole. You and APDF should join DoC in this fight. It can, and WILL, happen. Time is of the essence, however, if we want lifes saved. Join my next ecourse and learn the truth. I know it might go against what you learned in Big Pharma school, but remember, in the history of medicine, it’s those who think out of the box that have advanced the profession.
