LAW FIRM JUMPS TO OUR DEFENSE

On March 17, 2018, the government raided the office and home of Stuart Gitlow, MD in Rhode Island.

On May 2, 2018, the government raided the offices and home of Ralph Thomas Reach, MD in Tennessee.

On May 16, 2018, the law firm DCBA Law and Policy sent a letter to President Trump denouncing the attacks against “clearly reputable providers” and demanded the dismissal of AG Jeff Sessions, the suspension of DOJ criminal investigations against physicians prescribing MAT, and the development of a process to ensure criminal investigations are conducted only with referrals from state licensing boards.

This is a step in the right direction, but it needs to include ALL prescribers of ALL controlled substances, not just those for addiction. Because federal government overreach using the Controlled Substance Act is illegal against ANY medical provider.

Supposedly this letter is receiving favorable attention from Kellyanne Conway and President Trump.  So now is the time for action.  Below you will find contact information for the White House.  Please write letters to President Trump in support of any physician that you know has been attacked, and ask for their immediate exoneration of charges.  An example letter is offered below.
