Government propaganda is what we are fighting. And the sad thing is, the media is in collusion with the government to spread their propaganda. CBS has been first and foremost on the side of spreading lies and making false statements against physicians being charged. This is a prime example of their actions.

On Tuesday, October 23rd, the jury in Steven Henson’s trial finished deliberations. Here is what they actually found:
There were 31 total charges. The jury found the doctor guilty of:
Charges 1-17, 19-20, 26-31, none of which should have been found guilty, but that’s another post.

However, he was found innocent of charge 18 on firearms and 21-25 on money laundering. However, if you check out the snapshot of the KWCH report, they specifically say he was found guilty of the money laundering charges, and claim guilt on all 31 charges.

Government propaganda example

So what does this mean? The prosecution sent the press release to the news media either before they even had the jury decision announced through total impudence and arrogance that they would win, or afterward but with motive to plant more propaganda in the minds of its readers. Media usually always puts corrections on page 12, while the lies are spread on page 1.
We have to confront and stop this flagrant collusion between government and media. I recommend a boycott of CBS across the country. They need to stop being the government arm for propaganda. I also recommend letters of reprimand sent to the media. Here is their contact information:

I admit I am very in-your-face when I get angry, and I am angry. So this is the letter I sent to the newsroom. Interesting, though, that 9 hours after I sent it, the false article is still on their website, perfectly showing that this is all part of the plan. Feel free to use my article or write your own. But don’t just sit there and do nothing.

Dear KWCH:
You are SO evil—spreading government lies without verification. You spread government propaganda putting a news article about Dr. Steven Henson that is misinformation. Dr. Henson was not found guilty on all charges. That just goes to show you that the government is rogue, all lies, and spreading propaganda which CBS affiliated stations seem to be a party to. And after putting that out to the public, there is no way you can undo the damage. I hope when Dr. Henson is exonerated, as all innocent physicians will be, he will sue you to the end of your existence.

This just goes to show you what the government is about—spreading propaganda, and not truth and justice. They obviously sent you a press release with the wrong information in spite of some “not guilty” verdicts, so that you would publish it and worsen the scenario we face, as innocent physicians, doing our job.

FYI, the use of the Controlled Substance Act against doctors is illegal use of the law. Doctors are exempt from prosecution using that law, and yet the DOJ is now creating crime where there is no crime. That should be your job—to expose the rogue actions of the DOJ, not spread their propaganda so they can tamper with potential jury pools. That is the only way that the jury found Dr. Henson guilty—they had a preconceived notion that the government’s use of the law was legal, when it isn’t. It should be the job of the media not to perpetuate lies and illegal activity and the police state we are headed for, but to expose the truth.

Addendum:

Thanks to the Supreme Court decision in Ruan and Kahn, Dr. Henson’s conviction has been reversed and he is now a free man. May all of us be exonerated.
