Government Unlawful Use Of Confidential Informants

Shawnee, Oklahoma – This is yet, another true story about how Government Law Enforcement Agencies (GLEA) have failed to curb the large influx of illegal drugs from China and Mexico. However, they continue to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars paying off employees, threatening witnesses, and using Confidential Law Enforcement Agents (CLEA) to hunt-down family clinics and wrongfully seeking to incriminate and prosecute doctors.

Okay, here is what happened!  The CLEA busted Dr. Jeri Ellis for writing prescriptions for doctor Dennis Roberts who had seen the undercover police employed patient twice. The prescription was written for an OBGYN pain-like problem stated by the CLEA. To tell you the truth, I have seen this happen before and it may be common. Doctors write prescriptions for each other, especially in the ER. The undercover cop was seen twice but she stated that she did not complain of pain. This is where police misconduct and prosecutorial misconduct starts and the doctors’ careers begin to end.

Professional Police Informants Are Corrupt

How many times have we seen a patient taking pain medications and they say, “I am not in pain now doctor!” This is extremely common and many patients will say, “My pain hits me at a certain time or during certain activities!” The Attorney General and the Medical Board police see this as an admission of guilt if the patient is given a prescription. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how far the government will stoop to screw professional doctors in this country. If the Government was concerned about the doctors, they would just take the pills off the market, but clear records shows that they are the ones who have allowed the drug distributors to introduce these “dangerous” pills into the U.S.

In the case of Dr. Ellis, the story shows that the police is utilizing an informant working for Dr. Ellis. This is really bad because now you have a CLEA that could be getting paid, harassed, bargaining, or any illegal act that she have committed can be expunged, providing she gives the GLEA what they want to hear and see. A CLEA has access to charts and they can get the doctors to write a prescription for a patient very easy. “Hi doctor, you saw CLEA yesterday and you forgot to give her pain pills because she is in pain!” The CLEA can tamper with the chart page and fool the doctor like that, as well.

Here is the thing that takes the cake!

There is so much police misconduct and prosecutorial misconduct happening, however, you don’t hear about any Medical Board police being fired or taken to jail. In fact, the Medical Board is a hidden police department that is ran by people appointed by the Governors; they have no police background and they have the slightest idea of how to identify police misconduct. Basically, by using disgruntled or paid-off employees working for the police, the doctors can be assured that they will face something, regardless if he/she are innocent or not. This is how secret police organizations work. There is no way to charge the police with anything because the prosecutor, the one who is responsible for regulating police misconduct, is the same people that’s involved with this type of conduct against healthcare providers.

Another BIG issue of importance is that the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) was identified by the Washington Post and 60 Minutes; as being controlled by the drug distributors and special interest groups. What does this mean for the average U.S. citizen? Experts believe that government agencies are controlled by special interest to attack doctors and patients using pills that they have allowed, as being safe, when in fact, they are reporting that they are not safe. The doctors and the real patients are caught in a web of collusion and corruption involving special interest control over U.S. agencies, like the DEA and Medical Boards that supposedly mission is to protect the public but they are engaged in criminal misconduct against doctors.

• HELP MAKE CHANGE: Sign our petition requesting that Congress enact a Medical Board Civilian Police Review Committee law to deter medical board police and prosecutorial misconduct and hold these officials responsible for their actions. The most common crime against doctors made by the medical board police teams are “FALSE REPORTS” that police officers refer to as accusations. These are criminal actions by law enforcement and they are not held accountable for making false statements, perjury, and manufacturing evidence. A Civilian Police Review Committee will help stop these senseless acts against healthcare providers and restore justice and constitutional rights.

I have failed in my mission to end these attacks on doctors and pain patients. Through John Bevere’s book The Bait of Satan, I have figured out why—my lack of forgiveness to those who attacked me. As in Mark 11: 24-26:

“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”

And when you do not do the will of the Father, you are estranged from him and he will ignore you.  So we all must forgive the agents who attacked us in order for things to be made right through any of our works.

Jesus said

“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.”

But we cannot lay down our lives for God unless we know Him well enough to trust Him. We must have the assurance that He would never do anything to harm us. He always looks out for what He knows is in our best interest. As a nation, those of us suffering from these attacks must understand that we are serving as God’s messengers of love.  We must forgive those who persecute us and love them instead, following God’s will for us. Then and only then will we see fruits from our labor.

So I hope that everyone who has suffered from what happened to the doctor can trust the Lord, forgive those who have hurt you, and help bring this country back to the God-fearing country that our forefathers founded. Then, and only then, can you be a part of the effort to stop these attacks. I look forward to that day.
