As I begin another year working to exonerate all doctors and restore pain management, I’m reviewing my posts on Doctorsofcourage. Here is an update on the practitioners I wrote posts about back in 2016 when I got started. Back then I was wearing rose-colored glasses, thinking that if people only knew the illegality of the government action, we would end the attacks. But Americans in general believe that the Justice System is just, until they are the ones attacked. This is still true in the medical profession as well. “Those charged are guilty, but I’m doing everything right and I’m safe” is the general opinion of our colleagues.
What surprises me is that none of these professionals that are now released have joined the fight to end this. Hopefully all of them will find forgiveness in their heart and get on board. The two on this post that have been active are Dr. Ronald Myers, JR, MD now deceased, and Dr. Mark Ibsen, still undergoing attack by his state board of medicine.
I have the posts listed in categories by date of the topic, from oldest to newest:
Please go to the posts and read them again. See that the truth about what the government did then is still what they are doing today.

I’m sure a lot of these practitioners hold a great deal of offense in their heart against those who have attacked them, and even family and friends who did not support them. In order for us to win this fight, you must forgive those who have offended you. Pray, pray, pray. Give it to the Lord. And when you are free, join the fight to end this battle against Satan.
Linda Cheek is a teacher and disenfranchised medical doctor, turned activist, author, and speaker. A victim of prosecutorial misconduct and outright law-breaking of the government agencies DEA, DHHS, and DOJ, she hopes to be a part of exonerating all doctors illegally attacked through the Controlled Substance Act. She holds the key to success, as she can offset the government propaganda that drugs cause addiction with the truth: The REAL Cause of Drug Abuse.

With regard to Paul Boccone, convicted of illicit prescribing of OxyContin from his Chantilly Va clinic, please note that he is not and never was any kind of medical provider; MD, DO, PA, NP or other, and had no medical training what-so-ever. At the time and probably still, a non medical person can own a medical clinic in Virginia.
He was convicted of conspiracy to distribute, not distributing himself.
I was reading the “Opinion” section under Xiulu Ruan v. Unites States of America and with all the indictments he was charged with, I do question where it states, “[w]hether the defendant acts in the usual course of his professional practice must be evaluated based on an objective standard, not a subjective standard.” My question is, I’m sure there had to be some dictation in his notes and proof of tests and procedures performed on the patients in question that were visible in the patient(s) chart(s)? There in itself would be the objective data they are questioning. As for subjective data, it is called subjective data for that reason, information given by the subject, being the patient(s). As long as the objective data and the subjective data have some correlation, where is there a law that states that a patient(s) medical record has to contain a certain percentage of either or both? In my own opinion, the decision to reject Dr. Ruan’s jury instruction that would have required the Government to prove that he subjectively knew that his prescriptions fell outside the scope of his prescribing authority, was in and of itself unconstitutional when in fact “subjectively” again is pertaining to subject. When Dr. Ruan requested the judge to inform the jury that if they had acted, “in good faith”, they should not be guilty under 21 U.S.C. 841 (a)(1) and when the judge disagreed and informed the jury that the doctors (Ruan and Couch) could be held guilty if their prescribing practices deviated from medical norms to the extent that they were unrecognizable as medicine, again where is the law that goes into detail regarding such deviation and to what degree of deviation should one be convicted and charged? The important thing to remember here is that when an MD is convicted and charged on anything related to subjective or subjectively, the law needs to go into minuscular detail regarding such indictment proving in the first place that a law was in fact broken. These are just a couple of many questions that I raise regarding this particular trial and conviction.
What people need to understand is that the statute the government is using to convict us was actually put in the law to protect doctors from attack. As long as the doctor isn’t standing on the street corner selling prescriptions to anyone who steps up and asks for it with money in hand, they are protected. So there in no need to miniscule record keeping at all. The data mongering and expert witnessing tearing medical records apart is simply government overreach. We need to repeal the CSA, exonerate all physicians attacked, and compensate them and their families for the years they have suffered so that government agents have job security.
You are absolutely correct, Linda. I believe that you as a physician, was acting under the Hippocratic Oath of “due no harm”. You are also correct when you say they are using this against physicians when charging them criminally for treating a patient’s pain. As a nurse, we were taught in the 90s to treat pain as the 5th vital sign. It angers me to see such a broken healthcare system here in the U.S. I am the president of our local suicide prevention council and I see how untreated or undertreated pain can lead to a person taking their own life. The numbers are rising rapidly. I do understand your anger and this war will be victorious, but at what further consequences?
The Marxists have full control over medicine now, and the Marxist doctrine totally disregards science and safety.
