List of Doctors/Professionals/Family Members/Office Staff Who Have Spent Time in Prison for Treating Pain.

Below are several lists of innocent Americans who have spent time in prison for treating pain patients.  The list of those attacked on the preceding page is now over 2100.  This page of those who have been incarcerated contains surprisingly almost half of that list. What is even more surprising is that so few of them are helping in the fight to stop these attacks on their colleagues. If alive, they should be involved in stopping this.  If they can’t, there should be a family member or friend that they could appoint to do their job for them. By not getting involved in stopping this scenario, they are committing thousands more innocent providers to prison in the future. How can anyone with any conscience allow this and do nothing?  So, I hope all of those on this list get involved with Doctorsofcourage. You (or your appointed substitute) can become an ambassador member for the $1.00 charge to set up an account.  All that is needed is a credit card.  If you don’t have a credit card, contact me for an alternative method.

I hope that those living in the area where these providers live will contact them and get them involved. Those incarcerated should have friends and family joining the fight.  Please, everyone, get on this and get these providers, their families and friends, on board the fight.

This is primarily a list of professionals who have been incarcerated through the illegal use of the Controlled Substance Act. It should be obvious to anyone with any sense at all that there have not been thousands of doctors standing out on street corners selling scripts for money, which is what is required for conviction by the CSA.  So far we have identified over 1000 professionals who have been incarcerated, with over 200 currently in prison, many for the rest of their earthly life.  We must stop this from happening to more providers.

1. State–alphabetical by name abbreviation.
2. District–Northern, Eastern, Southern, Western, Central, Middle.

Currently Incarcerated 

These providers are currently in prison, but some are scheduled to be released shortly.  Someone could contact them in prison and invite them to join us upon release. To do that, google the name of their prison and follow the instructions on how to send a letter.  Prisons are very particular about how the resident is addressed.  They want to make sure that everyone who sees the letter (which would be the postman) knows it is someone in prison.

Residents upon release are required to not make contact with other felons.  However, a letter to the judge requesting that they be allowed to make contact with our organization in order to fight the injustice of their indictment.  As my judge said, communication through Doctorsofcourage.org is a 1st Amendment right.

Currently Incarcerated, Organized by Prison

This is the same list as the one above, but organized by prison location. That is so, if you live in the area of the prison and would like to visit the incarcerated provider, you can contact them to do that. Also, if you are in contact with anyone in a particular prison, ask them to spread the information to the others there. You can give them the names.  

Incarcerated, but Unknown Location

These providers were sentenced, but cannot be found in the Federal Inmate Locator. They may be in State prisons, or free awaiting appeal, etc.  In any case, they need to be located and contacted so that either they or someone they appoint, can join the movement and help with the fight.
