This Only Happens in Sunny California
Riverside California – CVS the Pharmacist Giant has had its shares of lawsuits and scandals that continue to pop-up in courts and on newspaper stands all around the globe. This is a true story that happened to a Black patient that went to a neighborhood CVS store located in Riverside California. Maria is a middle age young lady who has had some bad luck with her health and she suffers from severe intractable pain. There are literately hundreds and thousands of patients just like Maria; they are not just getting treated poorly because they are in pain, these stores like CVS are punishing them because they are Black. I am totally shocked and appalled by what CVS is doing to Blacks in Riverside California…
RIVERSIDE – “Blacks Must Park In The Back”
Maria says, “I was sitting in front of the clinic with my sister in the car and a police pulled up behind us and got out of his car.” The police came over to the passenger side of the car and asked me for license and registration? I told the officer that I was not the driver and he told me, “Stop disrespecting me and put your phone down!” I was shocked because I have never been treated like that before, says Maria. There were other people sitting in their cars, however, me and my sister were the only Black people sitting in their cars.
When I finally saw my doctor, I told him what had happened. He brought it to my attention that CVS staff were calling the property manager and they told them that the Blacks were bringing down the business and property values, by sitting in their cars are parking in front of the clinic. I told the doctor that I remembered when I first started coming to his clinic, the manager of the business complex told me and several Black patients, “Black people visiting this clinic should park their cars in the back of the building!” I was outraged because I have never been discriminated against like that by the police or the property manager in Corona, needless to say, I did not do as they asked…
CVS – “We Don’t Take Prescriptions from Black Doctors”
Here is another crazy reason why I don’t go to CVS stores! There are literately hundreds and thousands of people like Maria, who are being humiliated and discriminated by employees at these stores. I walked into a CVS store in Riverside, says Maria, and the pharmacist looked at me and said something that shocked the hell out of me! She looked at the prescription and looked at me, and this Asian pharmacist said, “We will not fill this prescription for this doctor because he is Black!” Then she said, “There are too many Blacks coming from this clinic and we will not fill any of these prescriptions.”
I was in shock and I asked to speak with her manager and she refused my request. CVS Health is no stranger to discriminating against Blacks and other people. Recently, there was a big scandal in New York where several CVS security guard workers filed a class action lawsuit. The lawsuit filed by several Black and Hispanic employees alleges that CVS managers informed them they need to “Catch” and “Target” more Blacks and Hispanics visiting their stores. CVS tried to downplay the allegations but you have four separate employees stating the same thing.
CVS wants to be the go to pharmacy and now they are purchasing AETNA for 77 Billion dollars, according to several sources. AETNA was sued right away by its stockholder after they realized that CVS and AETNA screwed them while making the deal. Another recent case alleges that people with HIV/AIDS suing CVS for forcing them to use their stores to purchase their prescriptions. “I can park where I want and CVS Health and their racist pharmacies should be boycotted for discriminating against all of these people,” says Maria.
- HELP MAKE CHANGE: Sign our petition requesting that Congress enact a Medical Board Civilian Police Review Committee law to deter medical board police and prosecutorial misconduct and hold these officials responsible for their actions. The most common crime against doctors made by the medical board police teams are “FALSE REPORTS” that police officers refer to as accusations. These are criminal actions by law enforcement and they are not held accountable for making false statements, perjury, and manufacturing evidence. A Civilian Police Review Committee will help stop these senseless acts against healthcare providers and restore justice and constitutional rights.

Now a Pharmacist that doesn’t know why people need pain medicine is truly on the take.
