Grandmother Yells Get Out To State Medical Police…
Adeline is 87 years old and she is a respectable member of the Juaneno Band Mission Indians Tribe. On a blistering hot summer day in San Diego California, in May of 2018, several Medical Board police investigators working with the Department of Justice busted into Adeline’s home, uninvited, and one of the police investigators launched at Adeline with one hand holding his badge towards her face and the other arm extended outwards and preventing her from moving. He screamed and shouted at her, “Don’t you know I can take you to jail!” Adeline backed up in fear for her safety and she shouted back in defense and said, “Get the hell out of my house now!”
This is another tragic story of how innocent citizens living in the state of California are being harassed and intimidated by cops working as investigators for the Department of Justice and the Medical Board. The irony of this story is that Adeline’s daughter, who is the First Native American Indian female doctor from her tribe in California; she tried to report this horrible incident to the Medical Board and they told her there was nothing that they can do. This is a criminal pattern of misconduct by not investigating valid complaints against “Bad Cops” working for the Medical Boards and the DOJ.
California Law requires that any organization that represents or hires police enforcement officials must have guidelines in place for consumers and citizens to make complaints. Under penal code 832.5, this requires the Medical Board to post on their website, information of how Citizens can complain against Medical Board police and investigative misconduct. The Attorney General’s Office is responsible for investigating “Bad Cops” but if the cops are employed by the “STATE” police, the complaints are intentionally covered-up by the Department of Justice.
Why is the Department of Justice covering up police misconduct and shielding bad cops working for the state of California? It appears that the Department of Justice is responsible for providing legal defense and representation for all the “STATE” police officers and other state officials, and this appears to be the reason for not investigating serious crimes and blatant violations of the law that is being reported by the Citizens. There are hundreds and thousands of complaints that are literally being covered-up (chilled) and silenced by state workers and a few politicians. This is a horrible practice and innocent victims are falling prey to corrupt police forces with the help of the Medical Board and DOJ officials.
Was Adeline rights violated? We will never know that answer because her complaint, the Citizen’s Complaint that she had a right to make against any police officer has been removed illegally and her cries and fears of misconduct by state police officers has gone without investigation. The people of California should be outraged, as such, the Attorney General’s Office is shielding “Bad Cops” by not investigating valid complaints against their clients who are the police.
If you have any stories of state police misconduct or if your complaint was totally ignored by state police or the Attorney General’s office, please let us know by responding to this article.
- HELP MAKE CHANGE: Sign our petition requesting that Congress enact a Medical Board Civilian Police Review Committee law to deter medical board police and prosecutorial misconduct and hold these officials responsible for their actions. The most common crime against doctors made by the medical board police teams are “FALSE REPORTS” that police officers refer to as accusations. These are criminal actions by law enforcement and they are not held accountable for making false statements, perjury, and manufacturing evidence. A Civilian Police Review Committee will help stop these senseless acts against healthcare providers and restore justice and constitutional rights.
