Former U.S. Chief Deputy Marshal Says DOJ is Targeting Doctors and Patients
Matthew Fogg, “As a matter of fact, what makes it even worst is that throughout my career I specifically recall that every major law enforcement entity such as the DOJ, US Attorney’s, FBI, US Marshals, ATF, DEA, Secret Service, and more, to include most major city and State police departments with black law enforcement employees and civilians were involved in systemic class action complaints.” Billy Z. Former U.S. Chief Matthew Fogg provides mind-wrenching testimony about how government enforcement agencies targets ethnic people of color due to systemic racism and discrimination. Matthew Fogg appeared before a Congressional Briefing in the Cannon Office Building on April 25, 2018 in Washington DC. Mr. Fogg stood-up and said, “Myself and these doctors here today would say to both the President and Mr. Comey, – I’m sure you don’t think it feels good to believe you are either facing unwarranted scrutiny by the US Justice System or you were fired for simply doing your job.”
Mr. Fogg, goes on to say that what he has learned from all of his experience in challenging the most powerful law enforcement organizations in the world known as the US DOJ and representing a class action of employees and many other individual federal workers at Hearings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission all across America who dared to challenge Americas’ abdominal racism that is still alive and well today in law enforcement. Mr. Fogg looked up to the people in attendance and said, “Absolute power corrupts absolutely!”
We Are Asking Congress To Investigate DOJ Corruption
Mr. Fogg states that going up against the government is not an easy task and whistle blowers face certain government scrutiny which can led to uncertain destruction of ones career and livelihood. He went on to say that he and other doctors attending the Congressional Briefing, is asking that the appropriate congressional committee investigate the disproportionate prosecution of black doctors and if disparities are found we are asking that the DOJ expunge all records of convictions during this period of time.
“Whistleblowers who would come forward and help us combat this everlasting germ warfare of making certain we as Law Officers will not abuse our authoirty and by destroying the careers of Americas doctors who when any of us are in pain, would absolutely seek their assistance to get rid of that same pain,” says Mr. Fogg.
