Continuing my review of past posts, here is an update on the practitioners I wrote about in 2017. The sad fact is that none of these practitioners are active in the fight. I don’t know how they expect this to end if they don’t step forward and tell their story.

Released (26)
James Cowan Jr, MD pleaded guilty in 2017 and had his license permanently revoked
Bridget McCune, pharm sales rep pleaded guilty in 2017 but has never done time in prison.
Ndufola Kigham, Pharmacist was sentenced to 27 months in 2017 and should be released, but there is no record of her in the FBOP
Dominic DiLeo, MD was released from prison on 7/27/2018
Lillian Meghnot, owner was released from prison on 5/2/2019.
William McCutchen III, MD was released from prison on 5/30/2019
Kumi Frimpong, Pharmacist was released from prison on 7/5/2019
Anthony Conrardy, MD was released from prison on 11/18/2019
Louis C. Adamo, MD was sentenced to 1 year 11 months in state prison in 2019, so he should be released
Manoj Patharkar, MD pleaded guilty in 2016. He is now released from state prison.
Nathaniel Brown, MD was released from prison on 7/16/2020
Lazar Feygin, MD was released from New York state prison on 10/26/2020
George Kudmani MD was released from prison on 12/7/2020
Paul McClung, MD pleaded guilty in 2019 and was sentenced to 1 to 3 years. He is no longer listed in the New York Prison system so I assume he has been released.
Pawankumar Jain, MD was released from prison on 12/17/2021
Jerrold N. Rosenberg, MD was released from prison on 12/22/2021
Ernesto Lopez, MD was released from prison on 10/20/22.
Richard Andrews, DO was released from prison on 5/3/2023.
Fathalla Mashali, MD was released from prison on 8/4/2023
Hasan H. Babaturk, MD was sentenced to 1 year in prison so he should be released.
Steven Henson, MD was released from prison on 7/20/2023.
Fred Gott, MD is at a halfway house with a release date of 3/13/2024
Mohamed Kawam Jabakji, MD was attacked by the New Jersey Board of Medicine and his license suspended for 3 years. Now he can’t be found on the NJ Board of Medicine website at all.
Harvey Jenkins, MD pleaded guilty in Feb, 2023 and received a 20 year suspended sentence.
Charles Larmore, FNP is at a halfway house with a release date of 7/22/2025
Elizabeth Korcz, MD pleaded guilty in 2020, sentenced to 4 years 4 months, but not currently in BOP custody.
Still incarcerated (6)
Shakeel Kahn, MD was sentenced to 25 years. But June 27, 2022 the Supreme Court reversed his conviction. He is still in prison awaiting lower court decisions.
Chris A. Christensen, MD is still incarcerated in Montana State prison with a 10 year sentence. Date of release is unknown. His sentence was pronounced 11/20/2020.
Michael Kostenko, DO is still incarcerated with a release date of 1/15/2033
Raymond Kraynak, DO is still incarcerated with a release date of 12/12/2034
Faith Blake, owner is still incarcerated with a release date of 4/13/2050
Barbara Lang, owner is still incarcerated with a release date of 4/26/2251
Acquitted or Dropped (5)
Clifford Bowe, MD With permanent retirement and a monetary settlement, the government dropped his persecution.
Raman Popli MD license was suspended in 2017. But no charges have been issued and his license is back to active. Do not know if he is back in practice.
Roland F. Chalifoux Jr, DO never went to trial because the charges were dropped with an agreement to probation and a monetary payment. However, he is still not able to practice because of the state boards of medicine not restoring his license.
Byung Kang, MD was indicted in 2017, license was suspended, and nothing else has happened.
Joseph E Oesterling, MD was acquitted in October, 2017. Has not been able to return to practice.

Regan Nichols, DO died in prison on Feb 25, 2022 after 5 months incarceration
I’m sure a lot of these practitioners hold a great deal of offense in their heart against those who have attacked them, and even family and friends who did not support them. In order for us to win this fight, you must forgive those who have offended you. Pray, pray, pray. Give it to the Lord. And when you are free, join the fight to end this battle against Satan.
